We truly appreciated the spacious family room and the delightful breakfast variety. The evening dinner in the restaurant was exceptional, topping off a wonderful stay filled with attentive staff and close metro access.

Delicious breakfast variety

We loved the spacious rooms, especially with our little dog. It made our family stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the metro. Plus, the friendly staff added to the charm of this lively area.

In my wife’s opinion, the shower issue could be improved for families with children.

Cleanliness could use attention. I noticed some smudges on surfaces that needed a good wipe. The air conditioning unit in my initial room was surprisingly loud, similar to a sewing machine—definitely not conducive to a good night's sleep. After switching to a quieter interior courtyard room, I encountered another issue, the interior lock fell off when I attempted to lock it from the inside. Although the location is great, I had my fair share of inconveniences during my stay.

i stayed here for one night and it was an amazing experience. after a previous stay in madrid, this hotel really exceeded my expectations with its spacious room and modern amenities. the staff went above and beyond, accommodating our early arrival and making us feel at home.

Just spent 2 nights here and I really enjoyed it! The staff were super friendly and helped me navigate the area. The breakfast was delicious, perfect for an early start. However, my room faced the courtyard, and the music from the bar was super loud at night, making it tough to get any sleep.

The historical elegance of the building combined with modern styling made it a unique place to stay I especially enjoyed the quiet outdoor courtyard where I could relax and sip a drink after a day of exploring.

Had a decent stay for one night. The front desk staff were friendly and check-in was quick. My room had a spacious walk-in shower and the bed was comfortable. However, street noise and some maintenance issues slightly marred my experience. Consider requesting a room away from the street for a quieter night.
